I have been using a GNSS RTK Facet and need to charge it but I have been unsuccessful using the USB-C port. I have tried using a couple of different wall warts, using the port in my car, and even connecting to a laptop but the charging indicator light does not turn on. I have tried both C to C cables and A to C. Not sure what to do next.

Is this the first time you have tried charging the Facet? Or have you been able to charge it previously?
