Hi, I bought an RTK Facet last summer and the first one didn’t work, so I had a second one sent, which did work. I haven’t used it since last summer, and I just tried it today, and it still had a 75% charge. I ran it for most of the day, and now the battery is dead. However, the charging is not working as expected. When I put the USB C in (with a 1 amp charger), sometimes the charging light will turn on for a bit and then turn off after a while, but definitely before the battery is fully charged. Other times, the light will blink on for about half a second and turn off immediately. If I pull the USB C out and then put it back in, the light will flash on again for half a second each time. I let it sit for a little while with the light off just now, and after a few minutes, the light has turned on.
Does any of that behavior sound correct to you?
