Once RTK Facet was delivered new. Charged for 24 hours and won’t turn on. When the power button is held for 20-60 seconds and the screen doesn’t even light up. The hook-up guide states a fully charged battery takes 6 hours for an in-wall outlet charger and 12 for a USB charge. A green light is on by the battery when plugged in and that light is supposed to turn off when the battery is fully charged. The product was on the charger for 96 hours and the green light was still on. The display screen has never turned on even if the power button is firmly pressed for more than a minute.
Have you measured the battery voltage with a multimeter? Sounds like it is not being charged.
