GNSS RTK FACET POOR ACCURACY

Hi There…

We have been using the GNSS RTK FACET, with success in general. As of two days ago however, we no longer see the accuracy estimate that we have become used to. We were seeing down to 0.014m, now it is indicating 0.3m. This is with the 3 lines on the satellite dish symbol . I believe that icon is indicating that the RTK fix data is being received from the PPP satellite…please correct me if I am wrong.

When booting, the subscription setup looks successful, with 28 days remaining.

We are in Rover mode. I think that seems correct based on the documentation, but please confirm.

Is there anything else that we should be looking for?

By the way, how are others taking their screen shots? When I try to take a photo, I see only part of the screen, presumably due to the refresh process.

Thanks so much,

Alan Thomason

The 3 lines from the dish indicates it is receiving correction data; the logo above indicates whether it has a ‘fix’ or not https://docs.sparkfun.com/SparkFun_RTK_ … ys/#l-band

What do the crosshairs look like? Is it cloudy/have conditions changed? How many satellites are in-view?

As for screenshots…maybe there’s a setting on your phone/camera to increase exposure time?
