Got four (out of 21) low or zero voltage LiPos (P/N PRT-13851); need help.

Hello. I was told that there was not such thing as “talking to a customer service rep” regarding a few dead batteries I just got. I was asked to go to the forums and post the issue.

So, over the last month or so I have ordered 21 LiPos (P/N PRT-13851). I have ordered these many times before I never had a problem. This time though, I had already assembled one 3S package with these when I noticed that one of the cells was reading 0V! This prompted me to check all remaining 18 batteries and found 3 more with either very low voltages (<1V) or 0V.

I explained the situation to the person that called me back (I had left a msg at your main No.) and she asked me to post it here.

If there a better procedure to deal with apparently defective items, please let me know.

Thanks in advance.

Best regards,

Dr.X
