I have just finished a double sided PCB layout in cadstar.
I have 334 0.6mm vias and one 0.508mm via.
I need to make the 0.508mm one into another 0.6mm one…
however, i cannot find it.
do you know how i can make it highlight?

Idea: If you go into the Assignments for the vias and find the assignments for the “rogue”, maybe you can change its diameter to, say, 1mm, and then refresh the view. That one via should really stand out then. Then do an editable query on it and select the desired via. Finally, go back to Assignments and reset the via size back to its original value.
With the Pulsonix software I use I open the Find Bar, select Pad Style, click on the one I’m looking for, and the display pans to it. It flashes a few times, and is then high-lighted. There are several search options.
Cadstar probably has something similar.
This has already been answered (by himself - lol) but in case anyone else is wondering there are several ways.
Change the assignment to a larger size or perhaps another shape to stand out.
Use the search feature, searching by the via code.
