The output is analog so you will need to use an analog digital converter if one is present in the Atmega128. It is possible you will need signal conditioning before the ADC to provide appropriate filtering and voltage amplification.
How to find what kind of a conditioning I need ?
Careful reading of the datasheet and any technotes or appnotes that might be provided by the vendor. Next comes hours of research and analyzing similar designs that you might find on the web. Then when you have specific questions come back and ask.
Your initial question is very broad and akin to “I have a scalpel, how do I perform brain surgery?”. To which we would have to answer “very carefully”.
