I’m new to RS-232 and to wireless modules in general. With the HAC-UM96, does it require you to communicate using JUST RS-232? IE if i use my own protocol that conforms to the speed requirements of the UM96, will this work? I’ve never done anything with RS-232 and I’d like to use one of my own protocols with this module if possible.
