Hi,

I don’t understand the RN-XV WiFly Module potential

My first project is to send data temperature by wifi using arduino micro

and collect the information with a laptop by wifi.

Is the RN-XV WiFly Module usefull for this purpose ?

Yes, and you don’t need an arduino. As the wifly documentation reasonably clearly explains, the wifly module can read voltage levels and send the data directly to the laptop.

Ok , I will try to translate the RN-XV WiFly Module documentation.

I have some other sensors like CMU cam and I think that I will need a microcontroller

like an arduino , B.Stamp or other one.

About robotics: I would like to use the RN-XV WiFly Module to move a robot wireless

from my computer. I didn’t find this information.

Do you know if there is a link to understand this, in order to move

motors from a computer to the RN-XV WiFly Module attached using Wifi ?
