I received the wrong part - how do I get this corrected?

I placed an order for a Single Lead Heart Rate Monitor, SEN-12650

However, SparkFun sent me a sound detector, SEN-12642

The Packing list shows that it should have been what I ordered, SEN-12650.

I had ordered this on 2-day shipping.

How do I get this order corrected? I sent an email to support, but there has been no response?
