Unfortunately someone packed a TOL-21253 (https://www.sparkfun.com/products/21253) in place of the TOL-14734 (https://www.sparkfun.com/products/14734) that I ordered. Can someone from sparkfun please contact me in regard to the missing unit?

Thanks for your response, this was ordered directly from the sparkfun website, order #9890124.
Do you know how long it typically takes to get a response? I submitted a request here https://www.sparkfun.com/support with the topic ‘Missing Parrts’, and also sent a reply to the shipping notification email. It was late Friday 9/22, so understanding the weekend delay I expected to hear back from someone by now, even if its just a “we’re on it and its being addressed” notification.
Contactless and delayed responses kinda make sense for support, etc. but to receive a completely wrong unit and not really be able to talk to anyone or get any feedback is a little disconcerting.
