Hello, I have an RTK express I’ve been using for a while. Using SWmaps with iOS. Firmware v3.5. Last week I used it no problem. Today I turned it on and it was not showing up when I scan for devices in SW maps. Also when I enter config mode I can’t find the RTK config network on my computer (mac) or iPhone. Would welcome any suggestions…
Check your battery voltage. It needs a fully charged battery for the RTK to be fully functional.
Does connecting to a PC over USB show a COM port? Does BT or wifi appear while plugged into a USB power source?
Was able to connect via serial. Took my noob skills a little while on mac, but it appears that somehow the bluetooth mode got switched back to classic from BLE.
Also seems like my internal battery is caput (I always use it with with USB power pack) so will replace that but it seems like you all don’t sell that size.
