Jetbot 2.0 - lack of power to the wheels

I just purchased and assembled a Jetbot 2.0. When I execute the Basic Motion program, the device barely moves. The battery is fully charged and I have the power connected to the red USB connector.

Has anyone seen this before? Any suggestions on how this issue can be resolved

Solved the problem; The wheels were dragging on the side of the frame.

Glad you figured the issue out. Robots projects have plenty of variables and can be tricky to troubleshoot.
