Hi,
Just got my Jetbot kit v2.1 (KIT-16417) and assembled it based on the assembly doc. Did charge the battery pack so that it shows 4 lights (max charge).
When I press the power button on the battery pack, the Jetson robot does not power up. (no green light next to the microUSB power input) . Also the OLED display is blank. (see attached photo)
To troubleshoot it I also powered the Jetson with a power adapter directly and connected the HDMI output to my monitor. The green light does come on and stays, In this case, I do not see any output on my monitor, so am guessing the Jetson is not powering up here as well.
Please do advise as to the next steps. If it helps, I stay in Boulder, CO, so can drive up to the Sparkfun Niwot office anytime.
