Jetson Nano Developer kit ( DEV-17283) no display

Hello,

We have a Jetson Nano developer kit ( DEV-17283 ) and it was working perfect until recently.

Suddenly we have no HDMI output, no display at all.

We tried with different HDMI cables and re-installed the OS but the problem remains, blank screen.

We have one more device and is working properly with the SD card and the HDMI cable we used for the one with the problem.

Any advice would be great.

That’s odd; can you try the DisplayPort instead and see if that works?

the 2GB version does not have display port
