I have to say, I really like how it came out, I didnt think it was going to be so small, but then again, I keep zoomed in so I can get the tighest possible spacing. One thing however the bot seems to give strange sizing, I used a 0 width deminsion(?) and put it on my silk screen so that my board would measure out at exactly 3.2" x2.5" to the tenths of an inch, and everything was done in mills but the bot gave me 3.2611x 2.5" thats ok however, since the board pretty much came out exactly how I wanted it I’m not complaining. I know for a fact I’ll get my boards from this source again, worth the wait, this board probably would have costed me alot more at advance circuits and I wouldnt get the silkscreen or the mask.
I always print my board at the actual size and check component fit.asm2750:

One trick I use is to fasten the print out to a self adhesive foam craft board. I use a dental pick to poke out each hole. I then mount all the components. After making maybe a dozen boards, I still get surprised.

this is sage advice. The only difference for me is I use conductive foam - that craft stuff can pick up static. In a pinch a sheet of aluminum foil between the paper and the foam will do.
