L-band keys will not update

I am able to get onto the wifi, but the keys will not update.

Your device is active. The last activity as a few months ago. I recommend checking that the SSID/PW on your device are valid. If you’re using a hotspot for WiFi, please be sure it’s on then power cycle the RTK device. It should show various screens including “WiFi Connect”, “Updating Keys”, and other indicators letting you know its progress. Let us know if you continue to have problems.
