Lattice License (no response)

I’ve been trying for 4 business days to get a license for Ice cube so I can use my little Alchitry Cu board. I created an account and responded to the returned email but the account says that it needs to be validated before I can request a license. I have sent email to the webmaster but have not heard back after 2 days and 2 emails. I can log into their site so my account seems to work.

I called the Lattice Portland site (found the number under careers) this morning and a human answered the phone and said he would tell the boss but still no progress.

Any ideas besides sending the board back and going to another vendor?

I’m not sure what expected turnaround/response time is for such a thing, but I would certainly suggest giving them a bit more time…plenty of unforeseen issues might arise that necessitate a delay (personnel change, illness, technical difficulty, spam, etc)
