Lepton 3.5 with breakout board programming issue

Hello Guys!

I am using the PureThermal Mini Pro JST-SR with FLIR Lepton 3.5 for thermal picture capture for fire line detection. This platform was built on Raspberry Pi and the capture program I get from github uses Python(Here is the link for the Github code: https://github.com/nathancy/flir_lepton_sensor). I tried some groupgets program for capture but I keep getting error like: “Garbage frame number resetting”. I was wondering if there is a time syncing problem in it or do you guys have any better idea for image capture for Lepton?

I haven’t used the JST version, but if those USB pins work the same as the PureThermal board [https://www.sparkfun.com/products/14670], I suggest using these instructions for the Raspberry Pi: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l4jXR7OZIUM

I haven’t used it with the Pi 4, but it worked on the Pi 3 B/A+/B+ with old Jesse and Scratch images.
