Log Time with Firmware "RTK_Surveyor_Firmware_v1_11"

Hello,

I updated the firmware of the Sparkfun RTK Express +(Rovers) and Sparkfun RTK Surveyor (Base) and I have a question regarding the Max Log Time and the Max log length:

*I understood that with the new firmware we can have many logs of 2880 minutes as the SD Card allows it. In our project, we need to have a continuous measurement of a position for at least a month, so with this upgraded firmware version Can we obtain that measurement for that period of time, or are we still restricted to the 2880 minutes and then logging will cease?

*We have an SD card (32GB) do you know if a 32Gb store will be enough to measure the desired period of time?

*If we were restricted, Would you have a recommendation or a tutorial to change this configuration and allows us to measure for a longer period of time?

My understanding is that increasing the logtime to something larger creates a huge file that bogs the system/serial bus down and makes the system go nutso

a 24-hr log will be ~300mb @ 1Hz https://learn.sparkfun.com/tutorials/ho … -gnss-data and the max log time is still 2880 minutes, though you could in theory upload custom configuration attempting to see what the “real world” maximum is in practice…but I’m inclined to think it’s set to 2880 because above that things get too hefty :-/
