I used the RTK Facet L-band for 5 days of testing, each day roughly 6-8 hours. Only 2-3 hours of data was recorded, even thought the RTK was on the whole time. HELP!!! How do I get this data? These are marketed to record for 24 hours, why did this happen?
You might’ve hit one of the max time limits for the default settings; my gues is you might need to increase some of the values found in settings Data Logging Menu - SparkFun RTK Product Manual
Also double check that the card is in the appropriate format/size (also denoted in the above link)

Seems like maybe there is a problem with the device, and I will contact customer service to get it replaced?
It doesn’t sound like a defective device yet…is it loosing power or something? Again I would take a look at using a new/different HQ SD card (class 10 or better) in the proper format and see how that goes (with a full charge on the battery)
