Hello,
In many design based on LPC24xx (LPC2468/2478) uC, I noticed that 16-bit width memories are maily used (32-bit width chip seems to be much more difficult to find). I wondered if there is a significant difference regarding the performances between a 32-bit width SDRAM (2x16-bit chip in //) instead of using a single 16-bit width ones… we can imagine the ratio is twice but is it the case really (ARM/thumb mode ?) ?
Thank you for your advice,
Cheers
David
