MAX30101—SpO2 function under different settings

Hello,

What do I need to change in order for the MAX30101 to accurately calculate SpO2 under different sensor settings?

For an example, I have already increased the sample rate, sampling number, acd width, and brightness of the light being emitted. However, I am unsure about how to adjust the SpO2 algorithm (or anything else that needs adjusting) in order to accurate calculate SpO2 under those new settings.
