I noticed that the new A6 & A7 pins are not on the .100" spacing that is norm for distance between pins. The A6 & A7 are .007" off compared to A4 & A5 if you keep the .100 spacing going toward the A6 & A7 from A4 & A5. Is this current implementation of A6 & A7 going to be the standard that you guys are going to be staying with?
I am asking because I am building another board off of the spacing of the A6 & A7. I had built a ProMini w/ A6, A7 and AREF that stayed on the .100 spacing grid in relation to A4 & A5 so I know it is not a problem (you just have to use a bit smaller pth for A6, A7 and AREF and be careful when soldering), just a bit tight.
Obviously Sparkfun is going to make more ProMinis than I ever would, so I would like to base my 2nd board that is based off of A6 & A7 with what will be the standard for Sparkfun and hopefully updated on the Arduino.cc site.
Please advise,
