MyoWare 2.0 Muscle Sensor Development Kit. The sensor is not working. I need to replace it

I started testing the MyoWare 2.0 muscle sensor development kit about two weeks ago. I bought two of them and so far I had only tried one but no problems, last week I opened the second kit as well but the signal does not give any signal, it seems not to work. I purchased it from the Antratek Electronics website. I attach the response to my request: ‘‘Can you please report the problem with the sensor at Biometrics - SparkFun Community. Please provide as much detail as possible. If SparkFun confirms that this is a warranty case, we will provide a replacement.’’

What should I do?

Here are the terms: Terms of Service Here they say Only products originally shipped from SparkFun or from an authorized supplier (drop-ship) will be considered for return to SparkFun. I hope they will help you.
