After NVIDIA Jetbot Kit was put together the black plug point became loose and fell off of the Quiic OLED it may have not been a good solder because the leads also came off of the board.
Hi z0n3.
Can you post a few high resolution photos showing where the connector came off the OLED? We will need those to figure out what to do next.
Thanks!
How do I post images?
Normally you’d click the “Upload attachement” button below the area where you type your message but I’m having trouble with that this morning. Are you getting any errors when you try that?
Another way would be to put your image on a image hosting site like [Imgur and then use the “Insert image” tool above, although that’s not working this morning either.
So, as a workaround, just post your image in Imgur, then once you’ve done that, click the “Copy link” button in Imgur and paste that in your response and we should be able to see the images.
Here’s an example of an image in Imgur:

I can try and re solder it but I don’t want to damage it.
OK z0n3, thanks for sending those photos.
That looks like a manufacturing defect. Can you tell me what your order or invoice number is so I can check on getting you a replacement?
It was for my school Pueblo Community College SparkFun JetBot AI Kit Powered by NVIDIA Jetson Nano
KIT-15365 Joey Mathews.
Alright! We will send a new OLED out ASAP.
The replacement ticket number is 21542 and will go out to Joey hopefully later to day or possibly tomorrow. It just depends on how backed up shipping is and how quick the snow falls if it goes out tomorrow.
