Hello, a couple of months ago I had a problem with my rtk express and support generated a rma last month and I sent this device with the shipping guide that they gave me, I was notified that my equipment was repaired and functional, there were requests about I changed my default shipping address and I did it twice, a few days ago I was charged approximately 60 dollars by Sparkfun, but they have not answered my emails. Is this a shipping charge? And if that’s the case, can I contact someone else in support to get a tracking number or find out the status of my device?
