Can anyone help me with this project:
I want to make a small, low-profile MP3 players with speakers that can fit inside a box or attach to the back of a photo frame and be triggered by NFC.
I’m hoping to have small speaker so that they can be hidden or tucked away, but still produce a decent sound.
Hope to hear from anyone soon!
Thanks,
Pete
Unfortunately we don’t have a small easy to use NFC reader but we do have a small RFID reader and RFID cards that might work for your project.
- [RFID Reader ID-12LA (125 kHz)
- [[RFID Tag (125kHz)](https://www.sparkfun.com/products/14325)
For an MP3 player, we carry these two products:
- [SparkFun Qwiic MP3 Trigger
- [[MP3 Trigger](https://www.sparkfun.com/products/13720)
As far as speakers go, we have our [Thin Speaker but I don’t know if it’s going to have the sound quality you’re after, you’d have to try it and see. A good source for good sounding small speakers is an old laptop, you might be able to salvage a good sounding speaker from one of those for free.](https://www.sparkfun.com/products/15350 )](MP3 Trigger - WIG-13720 - SparkFun Electronics )](SparkFun Qwiic MP3 Trigger - DEV-16892 - SparkFun Electronics )](https://www.sparkfun.com/products/14325 )](https://www.sparkfun.com/products/11827 )
