Problem: Create a multi-room wireless audio solution. All audio should be synchronized, and ideally the system would play nice with other wifi or bluetooth networks in the area.
The Sonos system does this, but it’s crazy expensive. So every once in a while, I google for wireless audio solutions, and tonight I found TI’s [PurePath. PurePath is a SoC that handles all the RF communication for a 4-channel audio system, with easy integration on both the digital and the analog side. There’s also a company that makes a [module that includes the RF stage, making integration even easier, which is available for $30 in single quantities.
Applications include:
Multi-room audio
Personal communication networks
Remote sensing
And so on!
Anyway, this seems like the kind of thing Sparkfun should carry. Is there a way to suggest new products to them? In the meantime, who wants to get a handful of Anaren modules and see what we can do with them?](http://www.anaren.com/air/products/wireless-audio-air-solutions)](http://www.ti.com/tool/cc85xxdk-headset)
