I recall the old FAQ saying there was a minimum dimension for printable lines, something like 5 mil maybe.
The dimension on the Eagle PCB outline layer is 0 mil. Can batchpcb use a 0 mil outline dimension to correctly route the board outline?

The dimension layer is not used for BatchPCB anyway so it is not a problem.
I always submit a dimension layer (from EAGLE) togussy:

BatchPCB. I use it to define the routing of the
final board, and set the width to at least 10mil.
If the board is not a plain rectangle I add a note
to the BatchPCB submission (to make sure it is
correctly handled when they lay up the GP panel).
