Hi, can anyone please tell me how to connect MAX3232 to PC serial port and XBee module? I am confuse due to the contrast information from internet.

Suggest you buy a $12 PC board with a MAX232 chip on it, with DB9 connector, and wire that to the PC board into which your XBee is plugged.
Or buy one of Digi/Maxstream’s motherboads for the XBee.
