Please help me with my Design - I'm totally out of ideas

Hello ppl.

I’m trying to submit my design to 4PCB.com guys and before I do that, I have to submit my gerber files (R274X) to www.freeDFM.com. When I run the DRC check in cadence, I got no errors but when I’ve submitted my design to these guys, I’m always getting the same errors irrespective of the changes I make. I’m using Cadence 15.2. Please help me

You need to set your PCB software up with the PCB supplier’s design rules. For instance, your pads are too small for the drill hole you are using (annular ring problem).
