Just received the pocket avr programmer. the device i program needs 3.3v. the pgm-09825 material says it provides either 5v or nothing (in which case i would need to provide a seperate 3.3v to device) I have tried the switch positions on the board. switched to Power target i get 5 volts out. But when i switch it to no power it still shows 4.0 volts out. It should be zero. this is measuring the output voltage on pin 2 of the cable (vcc) with nothing connected to the end of the cable.
Why do i have 4v there when it should be zero? this is a new device i received today. thanks Tom
