This might be a strange request, but is it possible to get my gerbers sent back to me? After submitting a design to BatchPCB and placing an order, My machine at work got a virus that was going around through our email, and I had to get my drive completely wiped and re-imaged. Because of this, I lost all the eagle SCH and BRD files, plus gerbers. I’ve since started using SVN to keep track of designs, but I needed to order solder stencils for two of my designs that were ordered. Is there a way for BatchPCB to send me back the Gerbers that are stored on your system?
You are able to get your zip file back from us. Please email us at support@batchpcb.com, with an order # the design was on. If we don’t have an order number, finding the design might be a little difficult, but we will try our best.
