I tried to upgrade the AVR JTAG as decribed on the Olimex website, but it failed ! I can set the fuses with ponyprog (and can read it with the correct state) but the AVR Prog (from Tools in AVR Studio) says always
No supported board found! AVR prog version 1.4
I use AVR studio 4.11 Build 410 ServicePack 3
What can I do to get the AVR JTAG working ?

I’ve seen, that the whole flash is empty ( I made a read to HEX-file and found only FFFF) and I think this is the problem. I think I need a bootloader to progam it first. Where can I get this bootloadr ?
did you erase the AVR memory before you set the fuses?
whole Flash can’t be erased if you followed the instructions on our web

May be I’ve made a mistake (I’ve tried something but I do’nt remember all steps that I’ve done) an I think I’ve erased the whole flash.
I’ve made the special cable to connect JTAG debugger with a normal programmer, using PonyProg.
mm question now:
where can I get the bootloader (to program it with PonyProg) and then to proceed with the instructions from Your web
