Problems using Micro Qwiic pressure sensor

I have connected the Micro Qwiic pressure sensor BMP581 to my Artemis board and tried to configure it. However, the Artemis detects the sensor as a ‘Pulse Oximeter’ and states that the ADC input must be disabled in order to use it.

Is this a firmware error or do I continue assuming that the pressure sensor will connect despite it appearing as a Pulse Oximter?

I assume you tried the Sparkfun Openlog Artemis (SparkFun OpenLog Artemis) That does not support the BMP581.

The Sparkfun datalogger IOT has the BMP581 in the list (SparkFun DataLogger IoT)

Ahah, yes I am using the OpenLog Artemis, hence the issue of not being recognised. Many thanks for explaining the problem.
