Hi Sparky,
Thought about asking this via email but it may benefit anyone who’s thinking of doing the same thing…
I’m about to order three 10x15.5 full panels of PCB’s, but my zipped up protel files are 7MB!
What’s the largest size email you can accept?
Is it worthwhile sending each file separately?
Perhaps you should do a test run first? order one PCB to be made and then as sparkfun to pannelize a gerber for you?

I have done so
Ordered a few PCB’s, that worked well so I ordered a full panel, which also worked well, now I want to order a few more full panels

We’ve got our own email server so 7mb attachments should be fine. I’d recommend sending them in parts (1 panel zip per email) that way, if something fails, it’s not the entire file that fails, just a panel.
