I have a batch (3) of BOB-15932 where the Red LED wont seem to go on. Is there any change than maybe they were soldered in backwards from Sparkfun? I was planning to pull it out and resolder it back in… Do you folks know of any batches that went out that way?
Can you please provide any detailed photographs of your boards and setup?
After I looked at them in detail. it I found that the switches were soldered in reverse from Sparkfun. no big deal, I’ll reverse them when I get a break.
That’s not good!
Were they on the back side of the board or flipped 180 degrees on the front (component) side of the board? We’re going to want to check on these to see if any of our current stock is affected.
on the component side … with the Ic2 pins at the bottom front… the + of the button should be on the left… … I had a few on the right. and at least one where the LED didnt work period. – maybe run a quick QA on them.
