Oh, I see, you want the board file, (.brd) file.
It looks like a very simple board. You should be able to make it up using a basic Eagle tutorial.
What’s with that decoupling cap that’s right out there in the middle of no-where? They didn’t even try to put it close to the pins or even inline with the power supply.
