I have a used Photon Redboard and I’m having trouble connecting from the old account to my account. Is there any way to get the device to a factory reset? I’ve already tried the reset button, on the device, in combination to the mode button but it doesn’t fully reset. I’ve also looked on the internet to find something, but no one does anything with this mother board. Please help!
Unfortunately due to the way security on Photons work, there is not a way to reset these without logging into your old account and ‘unclaiming’ the board. Once unclaimed, you can transfer it to your new account though.
