RedBoard Plus COM Port issue

Hi

My RedBoard Plus won’t suddenly show up as a com port. It did before and it did for a little while when I tried a new USB port on my PC. I have tried to update the driver with no sucsess. It seems like the PC don’t see the RedBoard at all. The board get’s power all fine from the USB port but no comunication.

How can I fix this?

Kindly check if the CH340G driver software is accidentally deleted from your computer. If not, chances are high that the CH340G IC is damaged.
