I have some information on Order 4689. Your order is on Panel 155. It is one of the panels that will be effected by Chinese New Year. Gold Phoenix was closed for just over a week and was not producing boards. Although your panel was given to them before the holiday, the boards were not finished. As soon as I received a tracking number for the panel, I will update the database. SparkFun is also waiting on all of their boards - the delays stink on both sides.

Thank you Sallie. I don’t know if I can speak for others but I am willing to put up with long lead times if I am informed what they might be. I expected 19 days to ship and thought that was worrst case scenario. Now I know.
Anyone complaining about this service can take a flying leap off a cliff. BatchPCB has ALWAYS done right by me. Sure it takes a long time to get your order. You want speed? Pay for it then. $80 is the cheapest service from Gold Phoenix, and the cheapest on the net. 7 day turn around from them.
You really want cheap/fast? Etch the boards yourself (keep in mind, the acid and copper board will still cost you more than $2.50 per sq. in., and you won’t get a nice green solder mask.) Either way, don’t get pissed off because you were too cheap to pay for quick turn around.

I received my boards yesterday, 1 month and 1 day after they were ordered. Decent quality boards for the price. Now I know that it is 19 business days and not 19 calendar days. Thanks again guys.
