Requesting spare parts to fix RTK Express.

Hi, Thank you for the video. It helps us a lot. I can see your firmware is v3.3 May 5, ZED-F9P firmware v1.32. This is all good.

I don’t believe any hardware is broken but there is some command that the GNSS is not accepting.

I’m not sure which command is causing the problem. Please do a factory reset: https://docs.sparkfun.com/SparkFun_RTK_ … tory-reset

If that doesn’t help, please consider using firmware v3.2 or before. This should allow you to continue using the device.

Hi sparkfy, thank you for the fast response. I don’t believe you remember my first posts, I have had this problem since the beginning when I first tried to update de unit and got stuck. I was able later to flash the new firmware , but the problem persisted. Is this and the constant screen freezing , battery icon going from full bars to empty. Hope you can remember and if you need more info, let me know to copy the the others posts here.

If you change the firmware to v3.2 or even v2.6, do you see the same problem? If yes, then yes, we will gladly get you replacement parts. Let me know.

Been there, done that. Since i did not send the unit to be repaired from you, cause u weren’t able to guarantee me no taxes will be shown again, im feeling you don’t really want to help me. I really regret keeping the faulty one, i should have sent for refund, anyways, i don’t really need to convince you, if you want to help me pmed me.
