RTK Express Plus Not powering on

I received this unit from Pimoroni in UK a few days ago. Initial tests went well until I tried to get corrections via U-Center, my thingiverse account was showing I was connected but the accuracy was not improving with teh corrections.

I chewcked teh firmware and it was not the latest for chipset, so followed othe firmware update process as detailed on sparkfun website. After the firm ware updated the unit became unresponsive and will not power on and cannot nmake a serial connection over USB.

The firmware displayed on teh device when it did work was 1.6.

I know have a unresponsive unit please help or advise that I can return to Pimoroni.

Which firmware were you updating: the ESP32 or the ZED-F9R?

If you were updating the firmware on the ZED-F9R, what version were you updating to?

RTK Firmware v1.6 for the ESP32 dates back to [Sep of 2021](https://github.com/sparkfun/SparkFun_RT … s/tag/v1.6). You can try downgrading the firmware back to v1.6 to see if that changes anything. I don’t know of any issues with the latest v3.5 firmware that would cause a failure like that. You may want to contact Pimoroni - they should get you fixed up with a different unit. Once we get the unit back from them, we can diagnose it.
