I’ve read the FAQ and 4 weeks should be the maximum it seems. I’m getting a bit worried, as according to the order status it hasn’t even been shipped yet.
I just received boards from panel 578.
If I were you I’d send them an email. You may have been lost in the shuffle. That happened to me on my previous order, and an email got the ball rolling quickly.

The status of my order has changed. Almost right after I posted here. I wonder if they just forgot to update or if they also forgot to ship the stuff.
Anyway, I hope I will see the boards before xmas.
If it says “Shipped”, you’ll see it very soon. Easily by Christmas.
I got some from panel 577 today as well. Very nice.
Panels 553-554 we passed up by the manufacturer and received and sent out by me personally today
