Hello,
I ordered a batch of 8 rotary encoders (COM-10932), and the full batch was faulty.
We ordered them before the pandemic at the end of February and weren’t able to test them until recently. We’re having difficulty tracking down the order number, but we can provide proof of purchase including the PO# used and the parts in question.
All of the rotary encoders we received were PO #52637, LOT# 09022Y. It seems like this problem was not limited to our shipment- is there any path to receiving replacement parts without the original order number?
Hello,
If you suspect that there is a substantial issue with the products you’ve received, please submit an RMA request following our returns policy: https://sparkfun.com/returns. Also, if it helps or is possible, the invoice shipped and emailed with the order contains the order number up on the top of the letter head. Alternatively, you can directly lookup your order under your account on SparkFun.com under “Order History”.
If this was an order from a third party distributor or marketplace, then you’ll have to file an RMA request with them separately.
Thank you and I hope this helps point you in the right direction.
