RTK Express not connecting to NTRIP over Wifi

I have an RTK express that i cannot get to provide RTK fix while connected over wifi. I have entered the NTRIP Client info in Config. If i connect the RTK express over Bluetooth to a tablet and use a Mapping app that has a place to enter NTRIP client credentials it will acquire a RTK Fix but if i use a app without NTRIP client it does not obtain RTK fix. RTK express is connected by wifi to network and simultaneously by Bluetooth to tablet with mapping. Point One Navigation subscription is active.

What app are you using? If it doesn’t allow your to enter an RTCM correction source you won’t be able to get a fix…gotta use an app that transports the correction data to it

Hmm that doesn’t make sense. Why would I be able to enter NTRIP info into the RTK Express. Disregard the app it should still be able to get RTCM corrections without a app if the info is put into the RTK express.
