Hi while i was trying to update my Facet, by mistake i put RTK_Surveyor_Firmware_v11 on my Facet, when it turn on it says Sparhfun RTK Surveyor V 1.1 got to the main Screen and then Turn off, Please How can i Fix This
I think if somehow you can power up the Facet with the supplied adapter, you will be able to update the correct firmware once again. If there is no other way, I think you’d better send the facet to them along with your invoice (assuming that your product is still under warranty.)

I connect the Facet to the supplied adapter, and it still turning off, about the warranty i bought it on may 17 so i think it Still have warranty
Has anyone from team Sparkfun contacted you yet? Did you mail them with your invoice number etc.? If not, I think you need to do that ASAP.

I send them a mail and they send me a mail to go to this forum so I’m Hoping That they’ll contact me Here, so that i can send them My Facet and see if they can fix my Mistake.
Hi Joseph - Please see these instructions on how to update the firmware: https://docs.sparkfun.com/SparkFun_RTK_ … re_update/ Because you have loaded v1.1 of the firmware, you cannot use WiFi or SD. Please use the CLI or the Windows GUI (it is easiest).
