Hi @G.Venkata_Rao - Welcome! The L-Band service was closed by u-blox in december of 2025 so this is why you’re seeing that error. Because of this ending of service, we discontinued the Facet L-Band back in the fall of 2025. When did you purchase your unit and from who?
Please use this registration page (the RTK Facet mosaic is the closest model to yours) to register your device for our $15/month service. It’s much faster to use and more accurate than the L-Band service, but you will need cellular coverage so the device can connect to the internet.
We purchased the unit in 2023 from SparkFun.
