RTK Torch PointPerfect $8/month auto charge but new expiration and 3 digit code

I submitted support ticket and also tried the registration page RTK Torch Registration and Renewal - SparkFun Electronics but no response after several days

since the last auto renewal my Credit card number stayed the same, but I now have a new expiration and 3 digit security code. the Torch Registration page ticket submission doesn’t have a place to put in credit card information, and nobody has contacted me.

Maybe GMAIL is blocking your messages back to me? I haven’t see anything from SPARKFUN in SPAM.

Maybe expiration and 3 digit code isn’t needed for recurring charges???

Thanks, perhaps the RTK Torch link to register, and end service could have a credit card update option too? Either way, nobody contacted me from that option (I selected reactivate) and nobody responded to the SUPPORT ticket method either, perhaps it went into the bit bucket or into the Ether(NOT) :laughing: Maybe not enough people get new cards to be worth it… I am now set for next 3-8 years (keeping that expiration secret)

It’s just a skeleton crew (one person!) so if they happen to be out sick or what-have-you things can stall a bit…but we’ll get ya fixed up!

Yes got email and I called in to orders department number and did new card registration. All set thanks
